SyCom Achieves Cisco’s Customer Experience Specialization

We are excited to announce that SyCom has achieved Cisco’s Customer Experience Specialization. This designation is awarded to companies that sufficiently demonstrate operational readiness around Customer Success practices, regardless of the product or service offered. This was evidenced by our Customer Success business plan, tools, processes and resources. This is a huge win for SyCom because it not only allows us to participate in Cisco’s Lifecyle Incentive program, but it also acknowledges and legitimizes our Customer Success vision, strategy and methodology.
