Annual List Ranks North America’s Top 500 Technology Integrators
Richmond, Virginia, June 6, 2012 – SyCom Technologies, today announced it has been recognized by UBM Channel as a part of CRN’s 2012 Solution Provider 500 list, which ranks the top technology integrators in North America. The Cap2Cap is a cycling event. It is the Virginia Capital Trail Foundation’s largest fundraiser of the year.
The Cap2Cap is not a race, it's a ride with rest stops along the way and. Riders are encouraged to take their time to enjoy the beautiful scenery.
There are three differnt distances; 25, 50, or 100 miles and two starting locations, one in Richmond and one in Williamsburg. There is also a 15-mile Ride for families on the Virginia Capital Trail in Jamestown.
Proceeds go to the Virginia Capital Trail Foundation. The VCTF works to oversee completion, enhancement and promotion of the Virginia Capital Trail. Proceeds from the Cap2Cap will go towards new trailheads and signs, ongoing community outreach through programs, and our larger efforts to gain necessary legislative support and draw tourism to the trail.

National Rebuilding Day 2012 - Saturday, April 28th
Serving the community of Eastview in the East End of Richmond
Rebuilding Together of Richmond (formerly Christmas in April) is an affiliate of the national Rebuilding Together organization. It is a volunteer-based program that repairs and rehabilitates homes and non-profit community facilities. We help low income, elderly, and disabled people who own their homes but are unable to maintain them.
The program is centered around a “blitz” build, held the last Saturday in April, when over 1500 volunteers each year make both major and minor repairs to qualified homes. Our focus is to bring lasting change to a community by providing home improvements and safety and wellness enhancements for the elderly and disabled. We are rebuilding homes, and rebuilding lives.
