Five people launched SyCom Technologies on April 1, 1996, with a business plan focused on forming a healthy company offering world-class support and service. The results of that plan, and its evolution through volatile times and a challenging business environment, have forged a company that is successful beyond the initial aspirations of the founding principals. The people of SyCom have integrity, a good work ethic, enjoy themselves and are very customer-oriented. Using a hiring model based on cultural fit as well as technical expertise has resulted in attracting and retaining the industries most talented, experienced and committed individuals.

SyCom's Executive Team, Tom Cricchi, Chief Executive Officer and President, Robert D. Nash, Jr., Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, Ken Sledd, Chief Financial Officer, Paula Gulak, Vice President of Marketing/Public Relations and Business Development, and Renee L. Symons, Vice President, Services Operations, have worked together on and off for a period spanning 20 years. Each focuses on managing a specific aspect of the business --and, with the leadership of Tom Cricchi, are responsible for day-to-day operations, marketing and industry relationships.
