Some customers require an extra level of support with their IT solution. SyCom can provide an on-site engineer who works alongside and augments your IT staff. These consultants are experts around SyCom’s core competencies. This option is usually for customers who require specific and deep knowledge in a particular technology and choose not to source it internally.
