SyCom Technologies was launched on April 1, 1996. Its business plan focused on forming a company to offer world-class IT support and service. The five founding directors wanted to create a company built on a solid work ethic, integrity and customer focus. Fifteen years later, SyCom is one of the largest providers of IT solutions in the mid-Atlantic area, serving more than 1,000 companies across a spectrum of industries.
SyCom's executive team includes long-time leaders from the technology industry. Each focuses on managing a specific aspect of the business and, with the leadership of Tom Cricchi (CEO), are responsible for day-to-day operations, sales, technology, vision and solutions development.
