Healthcare
SyCom has deep expertise in providing IT solutions to the healthcare field, especially integrating latest technology solutions with proprietary medical systems. For example, one of our technology pods in our briefing center is set up to demonstrate a remote healthcare application linked to a proprietary vital-signs monitoring system.
Public Sector
Our expertise with public sector organizations such as schools and local county government is unsurpassed. Local governments face challenges of connecting multiple offices and employees together. Saving costs is especially important. One of our clients, a prominent law enforcement agency in Virginia, is implementing a video conference system based on a TelePresence by Cisco solution. In the past, senior law enforcement officials had to travel to a central location for their regular meetings. Now they can videoconference into the meeting—cutting down on travel costs, leveraging senior staff time more efficiently, and keeping them in the field to increase ‘face-time’ with their officers.
