Thomas J. Cricchi - President and CEO
In January 2007, Tom became President and CEO of SyCom Technologies. Tom leads the Company utilizing the Balanced Scorecard methodology and a hands-on, people-oriented style. Tom served as Vice President of Sales for over five years during which time he was responsible for the training, motivation and management of a 12-person sales team in three locations and driving $30 million + in annual sales of IT solutions through the sale of systems, infrastructure hardware, software and services in Central and Southern Virginia. Tom joined SyCom in 2001 after six years with Cisco Systems where he was most recently Operations Director responsible for over $200 million annual sales of Internetworking hardware and software in VA, NC, SC, and GA from a sales/technical team of 75 people. Tom's prior experience with industry leading companies brought much to the SyCom mix and included experience with Oracle as an Account Manager; Parametric Technology Company as District Manager and System Industries as District Manager.

Tom is a graduate of the University of Virginia and is active with the regional Technology Council.
